GeoScope SA will lead the data collection for Pilot 2 & 3 in the Funda Uphumelele National Reading Study. This study is being done for the national department and aims to assess reading skills in Grades 1-4 and 6. The study is being done in 11 languages across 6 provinces. GeoScope will ensure accurate and efficient data collection during two pilot phases.
As a BBBEE Level 2 company GeoScope brings extensive experience in research surveys. We recently completed the baseline of the Early Grade Reading Instruction (EGRI) study in KwaZulu-Natal in partnership with JET Education Services. The company will deploy trained field teams to manage data collection, ensuring quality control and reporting.
This project demonstrates GeoScope’s dedication to conducting research surveys of the highest quality and integrity in addressing socio-economic and more specifically educational transformation in South Africa.
